From Passion to Purpose — The Story Behind TaMoni's

My name is Tammy Bautista, founder and CEO of TaMoni's, LLC. Born and raised in Northeast Los Angeles, California, and now a longtime Texas resident, entrepreneurship has always been a part of my journey. But of all my ventures, TaMoni's has always held a special place in my heart.

My journey with TaMoni's Salsa began around 2007. What started as a passion quickly became a way to help make ends meet. Over the years, life and financial challenges caused me to put the business on the back burner, but I never let go of the vision.

Then, in November 2020, I experienced a devastating situation that changed my life and my perspective. Instead of allowing that moment to stop me, I decided it was time to BOSS UP harder than ever before.

That was the moment I decided TaMoni's was no longer going to remain on the back burner.

It was time to take it to another level.

More Than Salsa

TaMoni's has grown from our signature salsa into a flavorful family of products created to bring something special to every meal.

Today, our product line includes TaMoni's Salsa, All-Purpose Seasoning, Barbecue Sauce, Fish & Chicken Fry Seasoning, Bottled Hot Sauce, and Hot Sauce On The Go.

Our growing collection also carries forward flavors with a history of their own. After Rios Chicken & Fish in the Dallas-Fort Worth area closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, its products were transferred to TaMoni's, LLC as part of a joint venture. I am incredibly honored and grateful that TaMoni's was chosen to help carry those flavors forward.

From Texas to Tables Across America

What began as one woman's passion has grown into a brand shipping products to customers throughout the United States.

TaMoni's has been featured on K104, discussed on podcasts, and—most importantly—has received incredible support and reviews from the customers who continue to share our products with their families and friends.

And we're just getting started.

My goal is to continue growing TaMoni's into a household name while never losing what made it special in the first place: big flavor, passion, perseverance, and food that brings people together.
